PLEASE NOTE:
**Requests for videos and DVDs may not be filled.
**Online hold requests may not be visible immediately.
**Not all materials in the online catalog are eligible for holds. 
**The library reserves the right to limit holds.

To place a hold request on library materials:

** Connect to the online catalog. 

** Select the item that you wish to request.

** Click the "request item" button.

** Enter the bar code on your library card, and your PIN.

If you have not selected a PIN, you will be prompted to create one. 
If you have forgotten your PIN, please come to the Library.
We will delete your old PIN, and you will be able to create a new one.

** If your hold is successful, you will see a message that confirms your hold.

** If your hold is not successful, your card may be expired, the item may not be available for a hold, or there may be other problems. You may check your own patron record via the online catalog, or come to the Library for assistance.
