Teen Community Service Opportunities– Community service can be required when participating in certain clubs, like the National Honor Society. It also looks great on college applications and job resumes. North Babylon teens( grades 6-12) only. Below are some upcoming opportunities to earn community service credit at the Library: Teens can register online through our calendar, by phone or in person.
Food Pantry Donations CSC– Middle and high school students can earn community service hours by bringing food donations. Sealed, non-expired items such as canned/boxed non-perishables and pet food. 4 items = 1 hour of CSC.
Maximum 2 hours/month. Please bring items to Reference Desk for credit.
